- responsible for the daily running of the store.
- knows how to entail activities to minimize costs while maximizing profits.
- makes sure all staff are fully informed on the daily targets and ensure that customer care is top priority.
- knows dealing with logistics, marketing, human resource,customer service, information technology and finance.
- manage retail staff.
- meet financial goals by analyzing variances.
- make sure pricing is correct.
- work on store displays.
- evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff.
- identify market trends that appeal to customers.
- ensure products are clean and appeal to customers.
- ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company's standards,
- help, drive, motivate and encourage staff to achieve sales targets.
- handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
